The complexity of weather data makes state-of-the-art visualization essential for meaningful wind resource analysis and power forecasting. WindLogics employs the best commercially available and internally developed tools for this analysis.

Site Evaluation. WindLogics meteorologists use a variety of state-of-the-art tools to visualize and evaluate meteorological data. These resources include ArcGIS geographic information system (GIS) and Windographer wind data analysis software, along with our proprietary Environmental WorkBenchâ„¢ 4D visualization tool.

Browser Interfaces. The WindLogics Operations Center uses a variety of internally developed data display and forecasting tools to monitor met tower performance and forecast day-, hour- and week-ahead power production. These tools include dashboards providing valuable business intelligence for identifying potential operational issues as well as critical energy production and ramp event data. Customers can access their data 24/7 through secure web access.

Many of our customers employ in-house visualization and design tools, and we support these efforts by delivering accurate, formatted hourly data on wind speed, wind direction, temperature, and wind energy production.
